Precautions for Dongguan exhaust fan:
1. Before starting the exhaust fan system, check whether the air outlet is open; Turn off the exhaust fan before closing the exhaust system.
2. After the initial commissioning of the exhaust system, do not adjust the air outlet switch at will during normal operation.
3. It is strictly prohibited to close the air outlet during normal startup, which will lead to deformation of the air duct, affect the life of the exhaust fan and the air duct, and cause faults easily. Maintenance of Dongguan exhaust fan:
1. Make preparations before starting the exhaust fan:
a. Check the driving part and fixed part of the exhaust fan for signs of collision and friction;
b. Check whether the bearing pedestal and bearing have been filled with grease;
c. Check whether the electrical circuit and instrument are normal.
2. When the exhaust fan is started and reaches the normal speed, the bearing temperature shall be checked regularly during operation. The bearing temperature rise shall not be greater than 40 ℃, and the surface temperature shall not be greater than 70 ℃. If the exhaust fan is found to have abnormal phenomena such as severe vibration, abnormal noise, and rapid rise of bearing temperature, it must be stopped immediately. Check the cause of the fault, and restart after troubleshooting.
